Our Team.
Studio PWR team may be small, but it is incredibly powerful. Our passionate and knowledgeable instructors hold Stott Certification, along with various additional credentials. You can always expect an effective and safe class whenever you join us at our studio with any of our fantastic instructors.
Rebecca has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. With a background in dance, functional fitness, and group exercise she uses all of her experience to design each workout to fit the needs of everyone in the studio, and at home.

As a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor Rebecca believes in a contemporary, science-based approach to Pilates programming.
When not in the Studio you can find Rebecca walking the trails of Cape Cod with her two rescue dogs, Jedi and Coco, ballroom dancing, and acting, and singing on many of the stages around the Cape.
Jenn is a fitness enthusiast who’s been enjoying teaching classes for 8 years. With a passion for Pilates, barre, and HIIT & strength workouts, she can now add Stott Pilates trained instructor to the list. With the history of her family business, teaching classes runs in the family—it's practically a birthright!
Born and raised on beautiful Cape Cod, Jenn blends coastal vibes with a love for movement and motivation to her Pilates Reformer classes in Studio PWR. Whether it’s helping clients find their strength or spending time at home with her rescue dog Chevy, Jenn brings excitement, energy, and a little bit of fun to everything she does!

Coco is Rebecca's rescue dog. She's a small, very friendly chi-mix. If you have allergies or issues with a dog in the Studio, please contact Rebecca and we will do our best to accomodate your issue.
