New Clients
New, in-person clients to Studio PWR must begin with a New Client Series, of three private pilates reformer sessions, or an Intro to Reformer Series, which is a four person, 4 week Series. In these sessions, we will assess your current level of mobility, strength, and flexibility.
We will familiarize you with our Stott Reformer machines as well as help you learn how to make adjustments that are specific to you within each session. At the completion of 3 sessions, or 8 session series, we will decide together if small group classes are appropriate, or if you should continue with private sessions. If you have previous experience, you may be evaluated in the first session and move into small group classes if Rebecca agrees it is appropriate.
