About Rebecca

Rebecca is the owner and Lean Instructor of Studio PWR. She has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years.  With a background in dance, functional fitness, and group exercise she uses all of her experience to design each workout to fit the needs of everyone in the studio, and at home.

As a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor Rebecca believes in a contemporary, science-based approach to Pilates programming.

About Jennifer

Jenn is a fitness enthusiast who’s been enjoying teaching classes for 8 years. With a passion for Pilates, barre, and HIIT & strength workouts, she can now add Stott Pilates trained instructor to the list.  With the history of her family business, teaching classes runs in the family—it's practically a birthright!

 

Born and raised on beautiful Cape Cod, Jenn blends coastal vibes with a love for movement and motivation to her Pilates Reformer classes in Studio PWR. Whether it’s helping clients find their strength or spending time at home with her rescue dog Chevy, Jenn brings excitement, energy, and a little bit of fun to everything she does!
