About Rebecca

Rebecca has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years.  With a background in dance, functional fitness, and group exercise she uses all of her experience to design each workout to fit the needs of everyone in the studio, and at home.  

As a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor Rebecca believes in a contemporary, science-based approach to Pilates programming.
